"Shaky" 8-inch Pan
Would Not RecommendThe 8 inch pan, quite frankly, has been a huge disappointment. Early on I noticed it wouldn't "sit" evenly on our range. Eventually I figured out the reason: the handle had been bolted on in a crooked fashion, with one side an eight of an inch lower (from the top edge of the pan) than the other side. I'm guessing this caused the balance issue. The 10 inch pan is fine and - no surprise - the handle was bolted on parallel to the top of the pan. Still love your brand, but this one was a dud.

Would RecommendLove our Calphalon hard anodized nonstick cookware. Hefty, heats evenly, retains heat, cleans up easily. Pricey, but Calphalon has great sales.

Great 8” fry pan but doesn’t sit flat on glass top
Would Not RecommendGreat pan but I think the handle is too heavy when using on a glass-top stove as the pan doesn’t sit flat when you are are preheating or cooking foods that are lighter in weight. I place an object under the pan handle to prop it up so that it sits completely flat on the stove surface

My 10' pan is the newest pan I own and the nonstick is sticking. I was excited to own a calpgalon pan, but I was disappointed.

Love the new surface.
I replaced a older damaged Calphalon 10in slick pan. the bonus is, I now have 2 8in pans. So far the new surface is wonderful. I cook 2-3 times a day and love the durability of Calphalon.
