Don’t buy this horrible appliance

Leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day they installed the refrigerator the door with the dispenser on it leak water like a waterfall. Getting someone to come and help has been a nightmare. Phone number is almost impossible to get a hold of someone in person. I’ve had the refrigerator six weeks and still have not been able to use the dispenser.

Fault Lockout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I try to heat up my Keurig cup, and every time it comes back with a Fault Lockout message, and I cannot heat up the water. I need to turn off the refrigerator and wait 20 minutes to have it reset and then turn it back on to reset the error message

DO NOT BUY LASTS 5 YEARS

Do not buy this refrigerator. We had ours for 5 years and the evaporator went bad which should not happen after 5 years. Also the control board for the screen to make ice and water had to be replaced after 2 years. GE offered us a discount on a new refrigerator because our was old. They said that a 5 year old refrigerator is old. That is pretty much admitting that this appliance has a 5 year lifespan. I could not believe they wrote that and admitted to this. DO NOT BUY. Cafe

Love the keurig and the hot water

Wasted Space

This is by far the smallest refrigerator I have ever had. The ice maker in the door takes up so much room in the main compartment, let alone the fact that it removes any appreciable door storage.

Great feature until you have it for a few years

I love certain features of this refrigerator, such as the hot water dispenser and being able to schedule the hot water. However, everything else with this fridge sucks. All of the rubber seals have rotted after a few years. I got it replaced, now everything is icy. The space is limited, which also creates challenges when storing food. great features, love the kuregg

Its great, everything works as expected, except the connection to wifi. I cant get the password to show up on my iphone when I connect to the wifi channel shown on the refrigerator. Also the USB access is hard to reach.

I regret buying this refrigerator

Closing the bottom freezer is very hard, it has to be slammed shut.

I had higher expectations

Looks great and has nice features (hot water and coffee dispenser) but performance is sub par. I’ve had appliance for almost a month and can’t get replacement part (feeezer fan) in and replaced so haven’t had ice or freezer functioning correctly. How this past quality controls is questionable. Additionally it’s very hard to only open one side of the refrigerator and place something on main shelves without having to open both doors. This means you need both hands free. Fantastic Fridge!

I love this fridge! The hot water and Keurig are so convenient! I will only buy cafe appliances for the rest of my life!

Not bad

Inside storage was smaller than expectations. Outside is difficult to clean. Users guide is not user friendly.

Don’t buy it

They suck, ice dispenser won’t open, ice builds up in the freezer to where the door won’t shut, it pees in the floor everyday, today I’m ordering a replacement fan for the second time.

Not happy with Keurig function. Need improvements

I am not happy with the Keurig part of the unit as it takes way longer than a portable unit to heat up and it is suppose to give you 10 oz of coffee and it is more like an expresso. An update should be made to fix this. After all, that is the only reason why I wanted this particular unit. Otherwise, it is not worth all the extra money to purchase!

I just bought this to replace my old cafe. The sales people said it was updated and it looks the same as the one from 10 years ago. Disappointed

Great except a few things

I love this fridge except for a few things I dislike. Doors not open wide enough. The bottom shelf is tilted aka not flat K-cup/hot water size wish k-cup went to 12 and the hot water could do 32 The precision fill having to hold it the whole time seems silly.

Great refrigerator

I purchased the cheaper version 12 years ago. It was time to purchase another one so I upgraded to the higher end version. LOVE IT!

Good not Great

Overall a good appliance. There a few more advanced features it doesn’t have you’d expect for the price point. Example: it has measured fill for water, but then you have to stand and wait for the water to fill. Our old much lower model fridge had measured fill and then you walk away while it fills. The water volume is also much less so it takes more time to fill.

Great Features

Absolutely love this refrigerator! Keurig coffee make is awesome! No regrets!
