Love the water autofill and the wall of light!

I had a refrigerator like this one at the house I sold and I missed it. I had to get a smaller one in order to have all the features I love. (I could only get counter depth to get white.) Since I’m living alone now, I reasoned that I don’t need as much space, but I sure do want the wall of light in the back of the refrigerator AND my favorite feature is the auto fill on the water dispenser. I also prefer the freezer on the bottom like this has.

Absolutely loving my new Cafe refrigerator. It looks beautiful and is configured so well it’s made me more organized. The auto dispenser for water in the door gives me colder water than my last appliance. Hope to enjoy it for years to come.

3 yr Follow Up :(

3 yrs ago we purchased the entire line of Cafe' appliances for our new home. Dish, fridge, oven, micro. NOT worth the up charge and brass badge. Microwave- works well unless air frying it takes 3 times longer than a stand alone fryer. We dont use 1/2 of the other settings Stove- 6 burner/one oven. works well and designed well. Buy if it is on sale and manage expectations

We waited 10 years to do a kitchen renno, and I HAD to have all the bells and whistles. We bought all the cafe brand appliances - for me, they are just sooo beautiful and I loved the look. While I like the fridge, I don't love it, and it's probably my least favorite Cafe brand appliance. The shelves inside are very limiting. My old fridge had plenty of shelf room for condiments, deli, meats, fruit, veg, and other items. With the Cafe fridge, I find that I am lacking the storage drawers I want,...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this fridge, it's so versatile. Meat and cheese section in the middle is perfect. The freezer compartment is more than enough space. The main fridge is versatile with adjustable and the top shelves in One of the best features that we absolutely love is the water inside. It's easy to take out and fill the coffee machine. And did i mention its all Wi-Fi and I can change the temperature. on my phone via the App.

Still waiting on delivery

So disappointed in this order. Was supposed to be delivered last Saturday…waited all day…. They called truck broke down 2 miles from our house. Wanted to know if we wanted to “come pick it up”!? Rescheduled for Monday….waited again all day. Saw where they rescheduled it for Saturday. Called store, said they tried to call us. We checked both phones, no call was placed to us. Said there was nothing they could do about it.

Love this Cafe Line Fridge

I’m in love with this new girl. I love, love, love the counter depth and the width. I can see everything at first glance, nothing gets lost. Back lighting is ideal! I was apprehensive about the water pitcher, but love that too. My preference was water inside, not in outside. The organization is Superb! Love the third drawer. Freezer and ice maker is great too.

Nice and bold in my kitchen. I've had my appliance for 9 months and need to replace the water filter. Had some issue still working on....the water pitcher is not refilling. I'll attempt to reach someone at CAFE.

Stay Away, Compressor Failure, Terrible Customer S

Only 3.5 years old and a total compressor failure which is supposed to be covered under a 5 year warranty. However getting that warranty honored will require you to quick your job and work full time doing the run around with GE customer service. It's an essential appliance and they act as if it's an ice maker. We equipped our entire new house either GE/cafe and all but the drier have had at least on service visit, and now this Refrigerator. Do not go for this Fridge

Unfortunately this is my second review on the fridge, my first delivered fridge had uneven doors and was told it was supposed to be like that then the delivers guy some how scratched the front door so deep silver was shining through the length of the door, so I get a replacement the unleveled doors are just a manufacturing problem per the Lowe’s delivery guy because the replacement fridge doors are not level as well, okay googled how to fix it and there others out there with the same problem so ...

Problems after two months with product and service

The freezer and beverage drawer have stopped maintaining temperature and everything is melting. Bodewell, the GE service provider, has outsourced to a company for this area. They haven't returned our service call after two days, so not only is GE's product useless so is their service. If you buy this fridge makes sure you buy a second one that is not GE so you have one that works when this one fails.

Great refrigerator

I love my new refrigerator- It’s beautiful, and functional! Keeps everything cold! My only complaint is I wish it were louder when you leave the door open too long!!!

Disappointed

Like another reviewer stated below for 5,000 bucks you’d think this fridge would be white all the way around lol yes I should have realized this while online shopping however I was focused on the front and the black back is so ugly ugggg so for those who don’t do research like me beware the fridge is white and pretty in the front with a black box back which is my fault, so I have it delivered so it will be in perfect condition welllllllllllll that didn’t happen first thing I notice one door high...

The two guys were great and a perfect job

Both guys were very professional unloaded the refrigerator actually let me look at it and approve professionally bought it into the house without damage set up cleaned it up. Tell me about the refrigerator and what I needed to do and wish me a happy safe Fourth of July.

Dreamy!!

I live this refrigerator. I feel special every time I look at it and open it. It's luxury. It goes so good with my matte black cabinets with gold hardware. Waiting for our stove to arrive. Im gonna have to up my cooking ability, visitors are gonna expect great things out of this beautiful kitchen 🥰
