Piece of trash

Garbage product with exceptionally poor design and poor quality. Worth at best 1/10 the price charge. Run away. Avoid.

Great Fridge! So classy

I’ve been looking to upgrade our fridge for sometime, the we had inside our kitchen worked fine but I really wanted to upgrade it. So we looked at several and came upon the Cafe that we purchased. I really didn’t want the water and ice on the door but inside and I’m so glad we went with that. The ice bin is so convenient and the water pitcher inside the door works great. I love so much about this fridge so it’s hard to get everything in. I love the glass front, so easy to clean, the back lit ins...

Looks like a Beauty, Functions like a Beast

I love the way it looks - so sleek and modern. Haven’t had any issues but, in all fairness, it’s only been in my kitchen for about 3 months.

Nice features

While we have had the fridge for only a month, so far we are pleased with the design and features. We like the autofill pitcher and in freezer ice maker, although it is somewhat difficult to access the ice bin to remove it. Hope it lasts!

Great features

Great refrigerator, very happy with the look and feel so far

Problem

Disappointed in the color, I wanted a true Matte Black, it is more of a black Stainless. I was informed ne sales man and GE rep that the photos were just deceiving (?) Now my water pitcher will not fill (?)

Great features and plenty of space

Excellent storage and plenty of shelves. Great design and appearance.

Freezer

I have had this refrigerator for 4 months & the freezer thawed out all of my food. Had to throw it all away. The rest of the refrigerator was working fine. It is in my 2nd home so not sure how long it was out before I discovered. Can not get a hold of anyone for service

Beautiful!

Love this fridge beautiful inside and out. Veggie drawer is the best. Keeps produce fresh for weeks.

Highly recommended

My favorite part of the fridge is the water pitcher and the features. Still trying to figure out how to add the ice maker to the HQ app. The directions are not easy. The only other flaw is the middle drawer in the freezer it sticks to the top shelf. It seems more in the way.

Great features

I love the product, but it would be very nice if I could get into the user manual because the app does not work.

Pretty and sleek

Really lovely look and well thought out. Love the concept of the pitcher but my only complaint is it drips a little if you swing the door quickly.

Gorgeous!

I love this fridge. It's so beautiful and spacious!

Great configuration!

The capacity of this refrigerator is exactly what I wanted. I love the exterior for ease of cleaning and NO fingerprints! The freezer with the multiple layers is brilliant! Now I just hope it lasts at least 10 years because it was not inexpensive!!

Ĺove the options!

Love the look of this fridge. The inside lighting is perfect. I got the water pitcher inside and ice maker below because I like the clean look. The only thing I don't love is the sides being black. I got the full sized fridge and you can see the sides a bit.

GREAT REFRIGERATOR

I LOVE THE AUTOFILL WATER PITCHER IN THIS REFRIGERATOR. IT IS A PERFECT MATCH WITH OUR INDUCTION RANGE.

Happy customer

I love my new cafè fridge. Looks elegant has a lot of inside space and easy to clean !! For a family of five that’s a lot of time save. Best part no fingerprint.
