Watch delivery team carefully for install,setup.

More room for food, and the condiment storage is plentiful. I did not like that the delivery people did not make sure all the tape on the inside and outside of the refrigerator and storage container boxes were not taken out of the freezer drawer and installed. The delivery people also did not bring the newly purchased water hose with them. They used the existing water hose that was on the old fridge. Freezer do not work

We have had our fridge for about 1.5 years and neither the freezer nor the convertible drawer works. I've been trying to contact the GE support team but their phone number doesn't longer work. I would not recommend buying even though it looks great in our kitchen.

The water pitcher just tickles my fancy

Not only is this refrigerator beautiful but it is functional for every day life. Everything inside seems to be well thought out and perfect. I cannot be any more satisfied. You will not be disappointed. It is well worth the money. I know the refrigerator isn’t very organized right now but I just moved in and I haven’t been grocery shopping or throwing out the old stuff.

Do not purchase

Our experience has been a nightmare we have the Café Stove, Fridge and Microwave. It is a great looking product.. sort of you start to notice it is not a premium produce once you are looking at it closely. The stove screen and PCB was replaced and has recently stopped heating properly. The microwave rattles randomly. The fridge has been the worst they have replaced every electronic component multiple times at the point the techs are tired of replacing parts on it. For the money it should work be...

Failed after 2 weeks

GE does not have parts readily available. Weeks to repair. Don’t buy GE!!! Spent weeks living out of a cooler after spending $4000.

BUYER BEWARE - poor quality!

It's beautiful, yes. But in less than three years it broke down twice. First one was covered by the ONE YEAR warranty! Second one...just a few days ago, the freezer compressor went out. TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to repair and it'll be TWO WEEKS before they do it! Lost our food, have no fridge...unbelievable for such an astronomically expensive appliance. I'm on a mission to tell EVERYONE about my experience and save them the same misery!

Disappointed

We all know it’s a pretty fridge, here’s my experience tho. Lowes delivered it, front doors 1/2” lower/higher than each other, they wouldn’t touch it. Shelf’s wide gaps in front, flimsy to the touch, attempt readjust and can not get them back in. Huge scratch inside on large plastic flat surface. See pics. Should I have them pick it up and take a chance on another?

Refrigerator works well. But Icemaker is no match to my old Refrigerator. We have 7 people here. The old Refrigerator kept up and had extra ice all of the time. This one has a tiny ice bin and when it's got ice in it it doesn't make more just like it was designed. However it is an Engineering fail that I guess I'll have to live with.
