Waste a lot of coffee. Unused grounds constantly in base of unit. Coffee quality not that good. But it does look good.

Loved but Didn't Last!

I loved this espresso machine. It looked good, it was not too big on my counter. It was easy to clean. However it only lasted eight months before it stopped working. The company does not sell parts or do repairs. If I was able to have it repaired at a reasonable cost, I would have preferred that option. I would not buy another one for those reasons.

Bea and no mess

I absolutely love, love this machine. It makes a great cup and there is virtually NO mess. My son had one and I fell in love with it. I remodeled my kitchen and he and his brother bought one for me. I couldn't be happier with it.

Terrible!

I was so excited to finally get a good coffee machine as coffee is my one and only vice. Having a machine that grinds fresh coffee with a built in frothed has always been one of my dream products…I finally caved and bought myself this coffee machine as a gift to myself for my 50th b birthday. After 2 weeks the frothed stopped working and no longer made the milk or cream frothy…it only boils it. Be ware of descale flaw!

This machine is a lemon. I descale following instructions, spoke wit( service rep and the machine will not come out of descale mode. I spent from 12 pm to 12am trying to resolve to no avail. Totally disgusted and dissatisfied. I don’t use it often and after a year each time descale has been an issue. No one recommended exchanging!

Never worked

The machine leaked water out the bottom and had to be returned.

This GE Cafe Espresso machine is a lovely little gem. It looks great, is easy to use and understand, set up was easy, and I loved my first cup of Espresso Americano.

Please do not waste your money, time, and energy

Terrible in so many ways. I have exhausted so much of my time and energy into this machine only to result in continued disappointment. Most recently, someone pointed out the words on the cintrol panel were coming off to which I realized when i wipe my machine down with a damp cloth (water only, never any cleaners or scrubs!), the lettering literally wipes right off without if applying any pressure or scrubbing! Cute but not durable

After 1 year and a half the coffee maker started do dispense watered coffee and display messages like add beans" when the container is full or "descale" after I have just performed the procedure. I would love to take it for support option instead of throwing it away.

Beautiful but Not One Touch

It's a beautiful machine that beats "basic" and creates espresso/coffee a Kuerig/K-cup can't compete with. I love that it freshly grinds, has a water tank, steam wand, and capacity to catch grinds. My biggest complaint is that it's not a "one touch" espresso machine as advertised because it automatically shuts off requiring you to power it up and run through a rinse cycle at EVERY power up.
