Great features in a small unit

Great Product!

Fantastic! The design is beautiful and sleek. It’s a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, you can enjoy specialty coffee right in the comfort of your own home.

Ease if use

It’s one of the easiest automatic espresso machines I’ve used. I’m really pleased with the design as well.

Overall wonderful machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I love this machine. The coffee tastes full and rich and we love the options of brew sizes. The frother is so easy and convenient too! My favorite things about this machine are the sleek build, ease of use and it limits countertop mess.

Elegant machine

Best home brewed coffee ever! This is equal to a trip to my favorite coffee shop, without ever leaving home 😄

Wonderful Machine that makes delicious Espressos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One star off for the brew unit not clearing the puck completely on its own so I clean out the brew unit after each brew. Aside for the concern about the brew unit this is a wonderful machine. I live with an elderly mother, in her 90s, and she is completely incapable of making her own coffee and this machine has liberated both of us from relying on me to make the espresso with the stove top espresso maker that was becoming impossible for me to...

Convenience for vision impaired elderly !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One star off for poor performance with dispensing puck completely and the used grounds collection is messy. Otherwise this is a wonderful machine and I know it’s still an early model but hope it holds up. It’s WONDERFUL to not have to wrestle with my old espresso maker.

Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We only had it for a few months when it stopped working. Nothing happened: it just stopped! And if you try to call to fix it, they want you to pay and get a service company to fix it. Save your money

Great product! So sleek but want more varieties

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great small countertop appliance! Would love it would have a few more customizable settings for grind, temp and volume.

Machine not working correctly

The machine keeps getting stuck on the blcheck brewing disp. And is not making coffie at all. Im really frustrated since it's not working no more.

BEST Coffee Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine is Amazing! We love it so much we purchased a second one for our second house. We love that we can by coffee beans and don't have to deal with pods. The coffee brews nicely and it is great that everyone in the house can pick their drink of choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee stocked in the brewer and grounded coffee spilled all over inside tbe unit

Product was sold to me as New but refurbished

Terrible company and terrible product. I bought this brand new. I have the receipt to prove where it says new six months and it stopped working I did the troubleshooting in the manual. It said to call because it wasn’t processing the beans and grinding them and then when I called and gave them the information on the appliance, they told me it was refurbished and was not under warranty so I was sold something as new that was not after contacting support. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard ...

Love love love !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Espresso machine. So easy to use compared to my manual Breville. Coffee comes out perfect every time. I do wish the waste container held more. You have to empty that frequently. However minor. The app is super easy to use. Plenty of different size options for coffee.

Espresso machine

I absolutely love my espresso machine! 100x. Better than a coffee shop!

Fabulous!

This is my second time purchasing this product (first one fell victim to my daughter playing tennis with the VR headset) and I am so happy to have it back! It is very user friendly. I love having the grinder included, my coffee tastes so fresh! I like being able to use my app to customize My Cup. I also like that I don’t have to worry and keep up with things (descaling, adding water, emptying waste, adding beans) and that it alerts me. Cleaning it is also a simple process. Overall as long as I d...

important part of my morning routine

I love how convenient the system is to make good coffee. I use it every morning as the most important part of my morning routine. I wish we could have a bigger deposits. But, overall I'm impressed by the performance.

Love this espresso machine!!

Every cup is consistent. Best espresso machine we’ve ever owned!
