Love the look, coffee tastes great

This is our second cafe coffee maker. The 1st one lasted just over 3 years. I think mainly due to our hard water. Love the look of it and the coffee tastes great…hoping this one lasts a little longer.

Not made to last

Great coffee and functionality. However does not hold up, on the third replaced by warranty now pot is falling apart at the handle out of warranty.

I purchased this product to match our kitchen appliances. It is a beautiful match but does not function very well. After 3 months of daily use it stopped brewing coffee. The filter basket also overflows if you make a full pot of coffee, which is only 40 oz. I have also found that you need to add more grounds per oz of water, as compared to other makers, to get a reasonably strong brew.

great until the warranty ends

This coffee pot was lovely for 13 months....1 month past its warranty it stopped working. Now it keeps erroring saying to add water even when the reservoir is full. I called twice...GE was very nice - but the first time they told me i may need to do the app update (never hooked it to wifi and pretty sure that the app isn't going to fix the water pump) and the second time they registered me for some way to get one at a discount (which honestly i would have been more than happy with). oreded this amazing coffee maker!! Super easy to set up wifi and voila' set to go. I have coffee ready for me every morning. i set it up for the weekends for a different time. it truly is amazing.

Beautiful and simple Operation

I really love the style of this coffee maker! It was a beautiful addition to my remolded kitchen. The 10 cups is a perfect size. (who actually brews and drinks more than that at one sitting?). The SCA certified was a requirement for my purchase and the quality brew meets the expectation of taste, temperature and speed of making coffee. I can actually brew 6 cups in @ 2-3 minutes! Stopped working no support

We had this coffee maker since June 2024 and it stopped working in October

Absolutely horrible!

This must be one of the most worst coffeemakers on the market. Seems like anyone who has ever owned this product over a year, after the 1 year warranty has expired, gets the same error message “Add H2O” and the coffeemaker stops working.

Don’t try to make 10 cups

Looks beautiful, makes good coffee, WiFi connectivity is cool, but problematic when trying to make 8-10 cups. Grounds overflow, contact the shower head, is a mess to clean up everyday. Tried coarser ground, but needs a larger brew basket or something.

The most simplistic machine with modern appearance and aesthetic appearance! Loves this thing!
