Ratings & Reviews for Broan 42 inch Convertible 300-CFM Stainless steel Under Cabinet Range Hood

What Customers Are Saying
The product provides good airflow and ventilation with a quiet fan on low speed. It has dual lighting options that are useful. However, it lacks some included accessories like light bulbs, and there have been reports of quality control issues with dents or damage upon delivery. Replacement filters can also be difficult to find, especially for non-vented use. Overall, the product meets basic needs but has some areas for improvement.

product ok no lights.
This product did not come with needed; light bulbs. Sales person did not advise me of this. My installer is here, whom I'm paying by the hour, and I have to leave home to go purchase these items which are not available near me. Lowes is 45 minute round trip. It cost extra time, gas and $11.00 to finish this. At the very least, I would like to be reimbursed.

Good with Quirks
Fairly easy to assemble and install. Good suction. Quirky! If you turn the lights and fan on at the same time, and try to turn the fan to a different speed, or off, the lights go out. So you have to turn the lights on again. Its very strange. Hopefully this doesn't cause an issue in the future, as it doesn't seem like this should happen. Seems like some wiring was crossed during manufacturing. There wasn't any warranty information included with the fan, hopefully we won't need it. Recommended li...
