What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the quiet operation and excellent cleaning performance, with most noting dishes emerge dry using heat assist and auto air-drying features. The thoughtful design—including a third rack, auto-opening door, and adjustable upper rack—earns consistent appreciation for convenience and load capacity. However, a notable group reports discovering mold on interior racks or walls of new units, requiring bleach cleaning upon unboxing, which raises quality control concerns. Some mention minor inconveniences like limited rack adjustability or deeper dimensions than previous models. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider the overall performance and quietness worthwhile.

Runs very quiet
Run the dishwasher to test the water discharge pressure then decided to install a new drain pipe. Haven’t had the chance to run yet. Haven’t filled the dishwasher up yet it might 4 days from now

Bosch Dishwasher
Replacement for our previous dishwasher which was also a Bosch, we liked the previous so we purchased a newer model when the older one quit working.

I would have anything but a Bosch dishwasher
Would RecommendWe bought a Bosch dishwasher about 18 years ago from Lowes and alas it was time to replace it. The sales rep was great to work with. The delivery had numerous hiccups but Kaleb saved the day. If it were possible to have him every time we would. Kaleb is a very Impressive and knowledgeable young man. He took pride in his work and very respectful of our home. He even gave us a tour on how to operate it. Priceless! The dishwasher itself is pretty awesome. Many changes in the last 18 years! ...

Does not dry, holds very few dishes.
Would Not RecommendI had no idea that dishwashers exist which have no drying option except air dry. I researched reviews and consumer reports and purchased the most reliable. It does not clean well, only air dries which doesn’t work in the south, and holds very few dishes with no way to keep fragile dishes from falling over. I’m in shock after spending so much to buy a high end brand.
I love it! Dishes are clean, it is quiet, easy to load, drawers pull out with ease. My only complaint is the soap dispenser lid does not easily lock in, it takes several attempts to get it to snap closed.
