Newer Model doesn't equal older model

My new Bosch is not nearly as good as my older Bosch. I do not like the inside bottom rack configuration. And I have trouble changing the cycle I want to use. Sometimes it all of the sudden lights up all the buttons in the middle of the cycle.

Best Dishwasher We've Ever Had!

We waited a bit before leaving a review, so we could be well-informed about this Bosch 300. Several months later, this dishwasher is fabulous! We love the app communications, the crisp clean dishes and the super quiet machine. Hands down the best we've ever owned.

Quiet machine, smaller than Whirlpool inside

Very clean design and simple to use. It replaced our 10 year old Whirlpool dishwasher.. The Whirlpool could hold more dishes and the racking seemed simpler than the Bosch

Its broke with light use on 3rd month of use.

Water won't drain from the unit. It was just installed 3 months ago. I run it twice a week. Not impressed.

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought our first Bosch dishwasher. I would highly recommend it. It is so quiet, I didn't realize the dishwasher was finished. The shine on our dishes was wonderful. I will tell you the top (silverware) drawer is a game-changer. We get really clean dishes, and the silverware isn't water spotted, and because of the way you have to separate it, the silverware comes out cleaner and spotless.

Quality, affordable dishwasher

super quiet and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just got this Bosch 300 Series and its a oerfect addition to the kitchen. love the slick look and the silence.

Disappointed

I replaced a 13 year-old Bosch 300 Series dishwasher with this new Bosch 300 Series dishwasher. I have to say I am very disappointed with this new unit. It's way louder than the older unit, the racks are less beefy and was a bit confusing to operate (terrible user guide). The older unit was a cinch to operate and very quiet. Sign of the times... declining quality to maximize profit.

Terrible

Was sent the wrong racks and doesn’t dry without rinse aid. I was told multiple times to “just leave the door open over night”. What??? Literally 2 trips to Lowe’s and 6 hrs on Bosch customer service and neither company will take responsibility. Never buying an appliance at Lowe’s again and never buying Bosch again.

Seal Team Six of the dishwasher world!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very happy with our new Bosch dishwasher! Our last one lasted 19 years and we were nervous that a newer one wouldn't clean as well. I put dirty dishes (including dried egg and peanut butter knives) in and they come out clean! We have a busy household and the dishwasher gets ran one two times a day. We're hoping this one lasts 19 years!
