Would Not RecommendI replaced a 13 year-old Bosch 300 Series dishwasher with this new Bosch 300 Series dishwasher. I have to say I am very disappointed with this new unit. It's way louder than the older unit, the racks are less beefy and was a bit confusing to operate (terrible user guide). The older unit was a cinch to operate and very quiet. Sign of the times... declining quality to maximize profit.

Would Not RecommendWas sent the wrong racks and doesn’t dry without rinse aid. I was told multiple times to “just leave the door open over night”. What??? Literally 2 trips to Lowe’s and 6 hrs on Bosch customer service and neither company will take responsibility. Never buying an appliance at Lowe’s again and never buying Bosch again.

Lowes poor communication causing delay
Lowes needs to tell people when they purchase certain appliances that require a GFC1 outlet ! After waiting 3 weeks for delivery the installer was unable to be install. I had to wait until an electrician could place the outlet. That cost for that was $450. If Lowe's had shared that requirement when I purchased the dishwasher, I could've had the issue resolved before the initial installer came.

Would Not RecommendI have owned this less than 18 months. I regularly clean the filter. Dishes don’t get clean even when we rinse them to the point of washing them before putting them in the dishwasher (what’s the point). Glasses come out with filth pasted on them. Did I mention that we rinse thoroughly? The organization of the two shelves is senseless at best. They include a picture, but who owns a full set of flatware like that? I own plastic containers and large bowls. Things that don’t fit their lovely picture...

Would RecommendWe liked the quick turnaround with shipping, the service at Lowe’s, the machine does a great job at cleaning, we love the third top rack, but it did not come with sound proofing! We are now ordering a jacket and soundproofing ourselves. Spend the money on the next model if sound is an issue for you.
