Would Not RecommendI’m going to have to agree with the other reviewer that said this bit will only cut through the softest concretes. Luckily its made out of good steel and you might be able to use it like a masonry spike.

Great through wall dog door
Would RecommendOur back door is full glass, so we decided to buy a through wall dog door instead. We put it in our laundry room so it's out of the way (kind of hidden), but it works great. I love that there is an inside flap and an outside flap to help keep the weather outside. My exterior wall was pretty thick. It turns out on the inside I had studs and drywall, but when I went to cut the outside hole, I found plaster applied to metal mesh that was screwed into wood sheathing. It was tough to cut through...

Don't Waste Your Money
Would Not RecommendI bought a 5/32" bit to just drill 8 holes in my 38 year old slab. The first hole took incredibly too long. The second hole was just too much for this bit. The tip had gotten smoothed out on the first hole. It was very frustrating seeing how much I spent on it. The packaging states very proudly that it has a "Long Life In Concrete." This bit did not.

Would RecommendI used up several bits drilling brick to install Ring doorbell. This bit and my hammer drill did the job. Very pleased with purchase.
