Disappointing

I'm a builder with 50 years experience. A bunch of companies have come out with 6-1/2" saws recently. I've looked at three or four. I haven't cut anything yet with this saw, and it may cut well, but there are too many negatives for me. First, I find the saw clunky and heavy by comparison. Second, changing the blade is problematic because the blade guard, when properly retracted, is still in the way of sliding the blade in. The plastic guard seems somewhat deformed. Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for sheathing and cutting 2x, just make sure to keep a fresh blade on it and you wont be disappointed. I would also use a larger battery, it drains a 2ah battery quickly.

Light Weight

Powerful saw

Like butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rate this saw above my corded Makita. I put a thin kerf blade on it and it glides through virtually any kind of wood. The only reason I can think of to use a corded saw is for extended use that would eventually deplete the battery on the Bosch. But all you would have to do is put in another battery.

Lightweight cordless saw
