Premium fridge - major failure after only 3 years

We actually love this refrigerator. It looks great, has a fantastic layout, and until now we’ve been very happy with it. Unfortunately, just over three years after purchasing it, the freezer completely failed. A Bosch-authorized service provider diagnosed a failure of the freezer sealed refrigeration system requiring replacement of the compressor and evaporator components. So far, great unit except noise

Loving the capacity and look of the fridge and freezer but fridge has high pitched motor sound that is very annoying when trying to sit and read or do anything quietly in the kitchen.

Roomy and exactly what I wanted. Really enjoying the organization options!

Good temperature control

After buying 2 other refrigerators that didn’t keep the temperature steady, we bought the Bosch. The temperature is always consistent. The drawers help to make our fruit last longer. The ice maker produces a lot of ice but after a year it went out. We’re waiting for a part to have it fixed. That’s why only 4 stars. I’d still recommend this unit because it keeps your food fresh longer.

Terrible warranties and conpany

I would not recommend this product to an enemy first a small clip on the freezer freezer tray stopped operating properly within the first couple of months of ownership the Repair people that Bosch them out damaged the front of the fridge and there's four dents on it because the stainless steel is so cheap Bosch would not fix it. The Repair people would not assume responsibility either now 24 months into ownership. The compressor has died and Bosch is not going to help with any portion of the rep...

My second one and I still love it!

The middle drawer for veggies and fruits is perfect for when I dont need to open the entire fridge. And the freezer drawers make its functionality exceptional. Horrible Experience with Lowes

Lowes delivered the item damaged. 9 dents and they broke a bin. I can't be without a fridge, so I called Lowes immediately. They cannot exchange for the same item because they say it's a special order item. I CAN go online and reorder the same item and pay another 4k for it. They suggest I keep the item and they will discount it for me- 9 dents and the discount is not even the amount of tax on the item. Horrible experience. Beautiful Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator. Lots of storage and good lighting. Lots of ice and they pyramid cubes are nice. The only reason it's a 4 and not 5 star is because the bottom drawer in the upper fridge compartment sticks when it's closed. The drawer feels like cheep plastic like it might crack when trying to open the drawer because it sticks and doesn't roll very smoothly.

Reliable and capacious
