Best refrigerator ever

Check for damage at delivery

The first one was damaged. It was a huge hassle getting a 2nd unit delivered. The 2nd one also had a dent, but didn’t notice it until after 48 hours, so we are stuck with it. It's a little noiser than expected, but otherwise works well. The biggest thing is to ensure it isn't damaged. If it is, don't expect much assistance from Lowe's getting a replacement. They literally told me I needed to call around to other stores to see about finding my own replacement.

Fairly decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the refrigerator part is spacious but the compartment inside is too long for the drawer to open smoothly. This probably should have been cut in half to two drawers. The freezer is not the greatest for space and everything gets piled on each other. The ice container probably didn't need to be as big as it is. A smaller compartment would have given more space for food. I would have liked to have seen a Bosch in a side by side refrigerator...

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased how spacious this counter depth refrigerator is inside. & the freezer has a top drawer that is very shallow to keep those small items easy to find. Ice maker is very quiet. The water dispenser is easy to use - just push the container up against it & water flows out - no extra hand needed.

Don’t like the drawer, it’s hard to pull out and gets off track easily.I like the design, lots of space for both the refrigerator and freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of this refrigerator. The height of the middle drawer is perfect. The ice make in the freezer is the fantastic. Everything is reachable in this appliance.

Exactly what we were looking for

We weere looking for a frencj door refrigerator with a dedicated veg/fruit drawer, without water dispenser through the door, with icemaker in the freezer, separate compressors for the freezer and fridge, and a steel plate in the fridge for temp uniformity. The 800 series has delivered all of that and looks good to boot. No reliability issues so far. Pretty quiet, especially when we turn the ice maker off (which is easy to do manually or via the app, and the bin holds alot of ice in reserve)
