Great clamping straight edge

I bought this on Saturday and used it yesterday to route juice grooves in my cutting board. It did well and made it a lot easier to route a straight line. The one groove was at an angle but i didnt have the board even and had it on the round part of my router plate. Its going to make cutting plywood sheets easier for my shelves since i cant cut a straight line. Definetly a buy if you want something more flexible than a tracksaw and cheaper. Gap between the two rail pieces

The issue that I have with this larger, 96" edge is the the two pieces are held together by a clamp that puts a round locking bolt up through a hole in the track. when I clamp the to the edge of the wood a gap appears between the two pieces of track. it is several 16ths of an inch wide.

great for long straight cuts, easy and fast

Easy to use and straight cut!

This is easy to assemble and to adjust the length. Grips/clamps well and gives me a perfect edge for a straight cut. Great product!

Rigid 8-Foot Track for Breaking Down Plywood

I only got a 52inch I older a 96 inch

Ok not great

Seems well put together. As a 48” it’s great. However then you add the extension the locking mechanism does not hold firm so when you slap it the center section pulls apart. Need some improvement
