What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the product for delivering consistently straight cuts on sheet goods like plywood and MDF, with many noting it outperforms makeshift guides and eliminates saw wobble. The aluminum construction is cited as rigid and reliable. However, significant concerns persist: reviewers consistently report plastic clamps fail to maintain tension, causing the guide to shift during cutting, and screws strip during assembly, making disassembly nearly impossible. The rail bows under pressure in longer configurations, and sections don't align properly. Despite these build quality issues, most customers find the cutting performance worthwhile for the price.

Would RecommendThis is easy to assemble and to adjust the length. Grips/clamps well and gives me a perfect edge for a straight cut. Great product!
Rigid 8-Foot Track for Breaking Down Plywood
Would RecommendRigid extruded aluminum profile doesn't bow in the middle when breaking down full 4x8 plywood sheets with a circular saw. The clamping handle locks securely on the far edge without having to walk around the table to adjust both ends. Joint connection between the two 50-inch sections stays straight and flush as long as you snug the set screws firmly. Much easier and safer than wrestling full sheets onto a table saw solo.
Hey
Would RecommendI only got a 52inch I older a 96 inch
Ok not great
Would RecommendSeems well put together. As a 48” it’s great. However then you add the extension the locking mechanism does not hold firm so when you slap it the center section pulls apart. Need some improvement
Disappointing
This clamp does not hold well enough on 3/4 inch plywood to consider using it as a guide for a router. It is too easy to push it out of alignment with the router. It's also problematic to use on a table are large surface, since the clamps are about 7/8 inch wide, so it cannot get flat against the wood. You end up with a slight gap which would be disastrous with a circular saw. I found this clam disappointing. I ended up nailing a straight piece of wood to the plywood with two nails and used...
Poor quality and terrible design
Would Not RecommendThere are 4 pointless screws on the "quick clamp" that links the two halves together. These screws are not mentioned in the directions on connecting the halves, but you must remove them to make the guide the full 96 inches. The problem is that the screws seem to be made of butter. I destroyed 3 of the 4 trying to loosen them. They're not coming out now. So, I'm stuck with a 48 inch guide all because of some pointless screws. On top of that, even as a 48 inch guide, the locking mechanism is so po...
