I purchased the culinary griddle, Model 2163 ( in Mid March 2026). When I hung my propane tank on the LPG hook, the tack weld broke [manufacturing defect 100%]. I notified B/S support and part was backordered. Communication to B/S each month until the end of August. Part still on backorder. They were great to provide me with coupons to visit their B/S website and allow me to have free B/S appeasement stuff but still no replacement part.
