Can’t wait to griddle! While seasoning and heating griddle first time, after a few minutes the third burner started hissing and making a jet engine like noise. I did shut off and disconnected the tank. Restarted and it’s doing the same thing. I finished 5 rounds of seasoning the griddle with the noise. Called Bomberger’s in Lititz PA and they will be sending someone to check it out. Hoping the unit doesn’t need replaced because it took about 1.5 hours to season the griddle. Thoughts??

Love the blackstone
I seasoned multiple times and as soon as I put teriyaki chicken on the griddle, it stuck. Hope it wears off as it left griddle a bit bumpy vs perfectly smooth. Seems the sauce attached to the griddle immediately
