Would RecommendMy previous 1-star review was harsh - although making me review the product to register it seems counter-intuitive. My first cook was quesadillas - very tasty! I have a pellet smoker and can’t get the temp past 400ish. This griddle will be great for things that need to be seared.

Assembly. Go figure, my thumb screws (1) needed help going through painted threaded nut, so luckily I had tap/die set.

Easy to put together "BUT"
Everything went together nicely except for the wheels ..one the them is threaded so badly it doesn't really lock the wheel in ..The plastic Knobs base doesn't sir flush to lock in place . You have my information so send me a replacement please .. its brand new.. I just got it for father's day and I cant put weigh on it so I can not use it
