Ratings & Reviews for Blackstone 30" Culinary Griddle with Hood 2 -Burner Liquid propane Flat Top Grill

Great

Ordered on line. Lowes put it together and delivered for free. Very satisfied with the whole process.

Great to have

This has been such a useful product for our family. We cook a lot more than most, and this griddle has dramatically lessened the kitchen clean up - no more bacon or oil splatters, no more smoky air from putting a maillard on meat. The griddle is quick to get going and quick to clean up and heats evenly. Now I can make an entire pack of bacon at one time! Love it.

Fantastic gift

Purchased as a gift for my husband. He loves it. Good cooking surface, simple to use and care for. Good for cooking fun ideas like stir fry outside on a nice weather day. Highly recommend.

Awful service

Purchased my blackstone on Black Friday last year. Did not open or assemble (shame on me) for months because I was moving into a new house. Attempted to assemble the grill, but I wasn’t able to because I was missing a box of parts (shocker, specifically the part with the reference number for my product). Informed Blackstone in March and was told they would ship me the missing parts. I have called every month (per their recommendation) and been told every call that my item is on the boat to the s...

Great grill, lousy assembly.

Delivered on time but whoever did the assembly didn’t do it correctly. Knobs were not aligned correctly with burner valves. So it wouldn’t turn on. Starter was not adjusted to spark correctly. I managed to fix the alignment problems, but one of the 2 starters will not spark. So I have to use a flame lighter. I can’t get to the wiring to try fixing without taking the unit apart. I’ll just have to use a flame starter for one burner. Poor quality control on assembly.

DO NOT PURCHASE-Extremely Disappointed

I purchased this Blackstone from my local Lowe's and paid to have it professionally assembled and delivered to my home. Unfortunately, what arrived was either assembled by someone who never looked at the instructions or is simply one of the most poorly constructed grills Blackstone has ever produced. The unit showed up wobbling from day one and was missing multiple nuts and bolts. I'm not exaggerating when I say that a strong gust of wind could probably send this thing tipping over. Whether the...

Great Grill

Lowe's assembled and delivered my grill and I couldn't be happier. Excellent grill, easy to use and clean and friends are now buying Blackstone grills!

Avoid, Rusted after 3 months with cover

Bought the whole kit. Believed the hype. Grill worked great- at first. Purchased may 19th, 2026. Seasoned, followed all directions. Kept in garage underneath the bald stone branded cover. Opened this morning to grill and saw it covered in rust. Dry as a bone but rusted. Called blackstone customer service “we are aware of this issue and can send detailed instructions on how to restore it” If you’re aware this much of your inferior product that you have readily available instructions on how to ...

Great flattop.
