What Customers Are Saying
The product appears to be a generally well-received griddle, with customers praising its even heat distribution, ease of use, and versatility for cooking a variety of foods. However, there are some recurring quality and durability concerns, particularly around the wheels and overall construction, with reports of issues like broken wheels, uneven legs, warped surfaces, and flimsy components. While the majority of customers are satisfied with the griddle's performance, the manufacturer may want to address the reported quality control problems to ensure a more consistent positive experience.

Just putting this together and getting ready to season the cooktop. Assembly went well except the left side handle mounting bracket was bent and could only get 3 of the 4 screws in. Otherwise it looks great and ready to cook on it.

So far so good
My husband purchased this through Facebook Marketplace about a month ago from an individual who had won it in a raffle years ago and stored it in his garage, box unopened. Husband assembled it immediately and has been beside himself ever since. Breakfasts are creative and delicious and I had my first smash burger yesterday. He says it works great! I believe this grill will see a lot of love.

Works great! But the wheels need improvement..
Perfect little griddle to bring along to outdoor activities as well as keeping out on the deck. I love how evenly it cooks and how easy it is to season. Unfortunately not long after purchasing, one of the wheels’ center snapped and can no longer smoothly transport.
