Bad battery
Would Not RecommendI was really looking forward to getting this hedge trimmer. It seems like just the right size for my needs. I have other Black & Decker 20 volt battery operated tools and I'm very happy with them. Unfortunately I I don't know if this hedge trimmer works well because it came with a battery that is completely dead and will not charge.

Would Not RecommendIt MIGHT be a good hedger! But the TWO times I ordered it, it came with a corrupt battery. I called Black & Decker twice with absolutely no response! lowe’s returned the first one, fortunately. it looks like I’ll have to return the second one. I would really like to have a hedger that works. Black and decker used to be a pretty good brand name. Now, I’m beginning to wonder.

Would Not RecommendProduct had a bad battery and Lowe's couldn't/wouldn't just replace the battery. Item returned. Looked online and one customer had gotten three with bad batteries. Ordered another product from another source.
