Nice chainsaw

I think this 20V MAX* Lithium 10 in. Chainsaw is really nice. It was easy to use. It did a good job cutting down some trees around my house. It is not too heavy. I liked it, and I would recommend this product.

Cordless chainsaw

Bought this two years ago. Works great. Cut four small but tall trees down in my backyard. Am 58 year old but quite able woman who enjoys Challenging yard work.

Easy to use

I bought this to cut the honeysuckle and branches in my backyard. Works well for my needs. When the battery get low quits working but overall it is great. The best thing would be to 2 batteries so you can keep working.

Quality and interchangeable batteries

Love my new 20v Black & Decker chainsaw. Very handy for small stuff around the yard. I also have B & D 20v drills, blower, hedge trimmer, and weed eater. All the batteries are interchangeable so I always have a backup battery.

Great little saw!!

Works great. I had a plug in electric before that burned out, so was hesitant to try a battery powered one, but was glad I did. This has lots of power for cutting up good size branches, etc. I have a B&D drill that takes a similar battery so I have a spare. My only minor concern is that I am having trouble finding a spare chain and bar for it, that can be shipped to Canada for less than an arm and leg!

Good and bad

The saw is great, except the oiler never did work. But the batteries and charger are junk. I cannot saw thru even 1 6" log on the one battery. I ordered a couple 3.0 MA batteries, hope they will do better. The smaller battery that came with the saw is no good.

Quick and handy

Not for large jobs but for small tree cutting and trimming it's fine.

Great little chainsaw

I am a 60 year old female who has never used a chainsaw. I had some small trees along my fence line that I needed to remove so I thought I would give this a try instead of hiring someone. And, I am so glad I did. The chainsaw cuts much better than I thought it would and it is so light weight which makes it perfect for someone without a lot of upper body strength. Fine for small jobs

Nice battery operated saw. It is great not having to be cord aware. I replaced a corded saw with this cordless model and it has served me well. Battery life has not been a problem so far as it has maintained an adequate charge to accomplish m trimming tasks.

Good but not great.

I gave it a 3 star because if you limit the size of the logs you cut to 5 " dia you will likely be ok. I am on my second saw. The main reason is I tried to use it for 7" dia logs. If you try this for any about of time the saw motor will start to burn. Used carfully you will fine it very useful. By the way the 18" 15amp is a complete beast that will hang with any gas saw. Easy to operate and lightweight

Doing a lot of trimming. Something I can handle. Love it.

Chain Saw

What a wonderful product!Easy to assemble and light weight. It actually saws like butter through pretty big branches.Black and Decker products have always are reliable.

BIG disappointment

I bought this chainsaw a couple of weeks ago hoping to use it for cutting some firewood for this season. The power is weak, and the battery discharges within 20-30 minutes of using it. It’s making what should have been a simple, relatively short task, MUCH more complicated as I have to do it in very short shifts while I constantly wait for the recharging to complete. Not happy.

Electric chainsaw

I needed this chainsaw for several small trees and it is most definitely serving its purpose. I have used it for some larger trees and it handles them just as well.

Chainsaw -- great

This chain saw is easy to use and maintain. It is so light. The chainsaw is good for light pruning of trees.

Oil leaks!

I bought and returned two of these because the oil leaks out of the reservoir. I used the first one for a day...cuts great by the way, set it on a flat surface and noticed weeks later all the oil had leaked out and had puddled underneath and onto the floor. I assumed it was a one-time flaw and exchanged it for a new one. Brought it home, filled the oil reservoir, charged the battery, and let it sit on the workbench for a couple of weeks until I needed it again. This time I put a bunch of pap...

Love the saw but the Oiler did not work and battery lasted only a few cuts.
