What Customers Are Saying
The bug zapper has received mixed reviews. Some customers found it effective at killing mosquitoes, flies, and other insects, reporting a significant reduction in bug problems. However, many were disappointed, stating the zapper did not work well or stopped functioning after a short period. Positive feedback includes the product's ease of use, large coverage area, and dusk-to-dawn setting. Negative comments mention the zapper's failure to attract or kill insects, especially mosquitoes, and its tendency to break down quickly. The quality and performance appear inconsistent, with a significant number of defective or underperforming units.

Florida
Would RecommendWe have a couple of these. These lights are AWESOME. They get filled up with bugs quickly here in Florida and, once a week or so, they have to be jet sprayed out with the water hose or sometimes we use a leaf blower. Whichever is handy works. I never unplug them to clean them out. We have never used the hormone bait included, ever. These lights work plenty well on their own. NOTE: manufacturer says to replace bulbs every 3000 hours, I think. I had one of these lights running for probably 8 y...
Great product
Would RecommendLove the dusk till dawn feature. Works very well. A little on the pricey side but still worth the money for the features and durability.

Black Flag Bug Zapper
Would Not Recommend40-watt Bug Zapper Outdoor: The light did not function upon receipt. Found a bent pin on the light. I replaced it with the old light, which functioned correctly, from the zapper that I replaced, because it was weather-damaged. Lowe's does not have the 40-watt light for the Black Flag zapper.

Awesome product
Would RecommendThis works great. Keep away from windows to avoid a flux of bugs to that location. If used outdoors, keep at a distance from the house.
