What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this compact cleaner for exceptional stain removal, particularly on pet messes like cat vomit and dog slobber, with many reporting complete elimination of stubborn, years-old discolorations. The lightweight, portable design makes it ideal for quick spot cleaning on carpets, rugs, upholstery, and car seats without hauling bulky equipment. Despite its size, reviewers consistently highlight powerful suction comparable to larger machines, especially effective on stairs and high-traffic areas. A few users report minor tank leaking issues and note the cleaning solution depletes quickly, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by strong satisfaction. Overall, most customers consider it an essential tool for pet owners and households managing frequent spills.

I LOVE MY NEW ADORABLE CLEANER!! MY SCRUFFY LITTLE PUPPY BRINGS IN LOTS OF DIRT AND SPREADS IT UP AND DOWN MY CARPETED STAIRS! I HAVE YET TO CLEAN THE SOFA WITH IT; BUT HAVE FAITH THAT IT WILL DO A GOOD JOB THERE TOO!

This little machine does big jobs. Use it on your car upholstery or carpet. It gets into small spaces with powerful suction. Leaving clean surfaces and taking all the bad smells and dirt out!

For the most part, a good product.
Would RecommendWorks really well. Love that you can take it all apart to clean it too (especially since I have a car and dog, and hair clogs up easy). Little disappointed that the hose tore off the main body by accident, really easily.

Cat friendly
My cats sometimes throw up, and this works well for cleaning. Plus the long hose lets me clean under the bed, which the cats use.

Wonderful Little Green Machine
Would RecommendI recently bought this product and loved the way it worked. I'm going to need to experiment with the chemicals I can purchase for it though because the one it came with didnt do the job. This machine is excellent; chemicals need to be researched.

Rating on Lowe's Pickup
Clicked "give feedback" for this order, and took me here. Havent tried the product yet, but concerned it's damaged. Picked it up from Lowe's in a rush and got home and realized the package was totally destroyed before we ever left the store. Giving Lowe's 1 star for customer service and product handling, giving the product the benefit of the doubt by adding a star.

Junk
Would Not RecommendJust a few short months and only a few uses and the motor is burned out, and yes it was properly cleaned after use. Will probably never look at another Bissel product after this expreience.

Great Product
Would RecommendI almost replaced my bedroom carpet after construction on a bathroom because it was filthy! This little machine did its job and cleaned it up! Thanks Bissell? Why didn’t I buy this earlier?
Not suitable for cleaning large areas.
Would Not RecommendIt is not suitable for cleaning large areas. I wanted to return it but haven't found the return option yet. While I find the suction power impressive for such a compact model, it isn't ideal for large-scale cleaning and doesn't provide a thorough enough clean. I cleaned a 200cm x 290cm rug, a process that took three to four hours in total and left me completely exhausted. It works fine for cleaning a small entryway doormat, though. I don't own pets, so I can't speak to its other functions. Renti...

Another Excellent Procust
Would RecommendI am a big fan of Bissell; everything from Big Green on down. I have been using a Little Green Pro for cat "accidents" and it works just great. Then, I was gifted with the smaller Little Green Mini. It is much lighter in weight and seems to do just as good a job as the larger machine, albeit with more limited reservoir capacities. Compact, easy to store, comparatively quiet and the included hose cleaning device is a game changer. No more messy manual cleaning! Another exceptional product
