Would RecommendPerfect for my needs.
Poor quality control
Would Not RecommendThe quality control with these boards is ridiculous. We had to carefully pick through them to avoid split and warped boards.

Sturdy Product
Would RecommendGreat quality for the price. I had to dig through the pile to find straight ones, but they did the job under budget.
Take your time to pick nice straight pieces.
Would Recommend2x3s are a nice size for building small back yard structures such as gazebos, strong trellises, benches without becoming too heavy or appearing too bulky as with 2x4s. Seal them with a proper protectant and you will be good to go for years, even in the intense southwest desert of AZ.
Check wood before buying some are worped

2x3 Studs
Lowe's had a good selection of high quality 2x3s. The one selected will work well for framing a screen door (with a little ripping).
