Love these they are a go to snack for me! If i had one criticism it would be that they are a bit lettuce forward at times. Idk if that means that bigs could do a fire Cesar salad flavor or if it just means they nailed the iceberg lettuce flavor but it could be toned down a bit here and in the cheese burger flavor.

Bold, great flavor.
I've been eating these seeds for a couple of months. The only reason I bought them is because I thought it was funny at the time. As it turns out, they are freaking awesome! Don't knock it before you try it.

Way too much sodium
Would Not RecommendSadly the sodium content in these Taco Supreme Seeds is 2180 mg in one serving (98%. They taste good at the time...but they cause water retention issues for me.

Would RecommendI’ve only recently gotten back into the sunflower seed game and this was my first one. I was skeptical about how this flavor would be but I was pleasantly surprised. Considering that it’s modeled after a Supreme Taco, the flavor profile is pretty complex. You can taste a lot of stuff going on. The quality here got me to try a number of other flavors from this brand which I’ve also enjoyed.
