Perfect fit

Good looking and a nice fit; installer did a great job.

I like the blinds. But no clip on the bottom to help raise them (they are cordless); four of the wands were the wrong length (24” on a 91” blind!) is no sensible.

My blinds were installed at the beginning of the week and they are beautiful. The sales and service was very smooth and everything turned out better then I imagined. Very satisfied.

Great blinds.

We love our custom Bali blinds. Easy to install, fit perfectly. Color was coconut white with the 2 1/2 inch slat. We love the privacy they provide while letting in light. We did not want another remote control (roller blinds) to keep track of. Blinds came quickly without any defects. We would purchase again.

Good value

Slats are good quality but the pull rope shows signs of fraying.

Bedroom Blinds

We are very pleased with the look of our new blinds. white allows us to add accent colors with bedspreads and pictures. Installer did an excellent job.

Damage in transit

The product arrived damaged, and resolving the issue has been complicated; Lowe's says Bali is responsible, while Bali says it's Lowe's, and neither offers a solution.

Price performer

Had a very short but wide bath window. Most custom blinds were pricey. These fit perfectly at reasonable price.

Installation took several weeks and when tje blinds were installed the valances were wrong and didn’t fit properly. Lowes is now reordering valances to fit properly amd I’m not sure how long that will take. So far it’s been 6 weeks from start to finish and the blinds still aren’t right.

Nice

2nd set of these blinds through Lowes. I like them and the first set seems to be holding up well. My only complaint would be there are much fewer options, (wand length, tilt style etc.) on the latest purchase.

I would recommend these blinds, but the delivery sucked. I got a message saying they would be delivered today. And when I question what the time bracket was they told me they wouldn’t be delivered till Monday. I just got a notification that they were delivered and I’m hoping that they don’t get stolen since they’re just sitting on the porch. I’m not in town won’t be back till Monday. Very annoyed that they couldn’t get it straight on when this merchandise was going to be delivered.

Bali blinds

This is the second set of Bali Faux Wood blinds that we have purchased at Lowes. They are perfect for the style of our living room, easy to install and easy to use. We love them!

Awesome product and they look great! I would recommend this product.

Been a disaster

I have been trying to get blinds installed since May! It’s now September and we’re still not done. Between the store ordering the wrong blinds, Bali sending the wrong size, and not made correctly, TWICE!!!, and the wrong valances sent, TWICE!! This has not been a pleasant experience and no compensation from Lowe’s for all of the trouble. Also, the scheduling process is horrendous!
