Have many Bali products
I must say the manufacturer screws up a decent amount of. The packaging seemed more than sufficient. But after unpacking all the components, the decorative head rail panel, not one but four dents in it. They stand behind their products, but I shouldn’t have to contact them after each purchase.

Valence too big
The valence is too large and has details, seem that makes the design busy. It doesn't match any of our other blinds.

Bad quality control
Bought right and left side for front door. Right side was 1/2" too short. Ordered 2nd right side. Color isn't even close to the left side. Now we have to shorten the original left side to match length of original right side. Not good quality control. There should be a better way to make the deluxe valance for an outside mount. When the plastic is bent the corners turn white from plastic stretching. Additionally the slats don't bend so they end up too short in valance.

Well made blinds
Our Bali custom blinds are very well made, sturdy & block our the summer sun. They arrived a week earlier than originally estimated and were packaged well. Installation instructions were clear. Lowes tracking was terrible however.
