Would RecommendReally enjoyed putting this together. Instructions and Bilt app. were spot on. Just take your time and it will be a breeze. Tip would be to get the main structure up and the roof supports built then stain/seal entire all the wood. Then install metal to roof and install the roof.

Attractive and solid!
I was attracted to this 14x12 Barrington gazebo because of its wind rating, as I live close to the water in FL and tropical storms are always a risk. The structure is very robust. Had some concerns about potential for leakage from the ridge cap but after two heavy rains, there were no leaks. Very happy with physical appearance, would purchase it again over 3 other brands considered. .

Great product
We just finished with the Barrington kit. It took 3 of us to complete the project but it was well worth it. The structure is solid and looks great. Several neighbors have seen it now and they all rave about our new Cabana. Thank you for making such a great product. Dave O. Bradenton Florida

Loved the cedar color.
I purchased this gazebo a few weeks ago. It was very well built, and I’m very happy with the product. I decided to make it a permanent screen house by adding walls to the gazebo. I think it turned out very well.

Summer project.
Excellent instruction. Only installing the trim, the video shows the wrong pieces for the 14 foot side. The 14 pieces should be on the 12 foot and the 12 should be on the 14. The right pieces are showned in the manual. This is something that should be addressed. Other than that, great instructions.

Love the gazebo but the installers…omg
Would RecommendThe build quality is great, instructions great, the ‘out of the box’ installers.. not so great. It took them 2 days and I had to help otherwise things would have been skipped or missed. The individual roof panels have a cap edge that that they would have been forgotten which would have been a nightmare as when the heavy roof panels are in place another slide on piece covers the 2 adjoining cap pieces. As it was, they messed up one cap edge by not screwing it in the middle -you could see the sky ...

Good kit for the money
Would Recommend10x14 gazebo. Went up well with just me except for setting up post beams and roof panels where I needed help. Took me a couple weeks working 4 hrs a day. Parts of the instructions aren't clear and you've got to pay attention. I installed the facia trim UNDER the steel roof panels to act as a drip edge as I didn't want water running off the roof onto support beams. The power port could use a couple usb-C ports. Parts were all there but a couple wood parts had cracks and needed glue and screws. Ov...

Love the Gazebo
Would RecommendThe gazebo arrived in 6 large boxes. I put it togther with my two boys; 8 and 10. I would recommend having a couple adults to assist. You'll definitely need 3 adults to install the roof panels. Now that it's installed, we are hoping for years of enjoyment. So far, so good!

Gorgeous and Heavy Duty
Would RecommendMy 20x12 Barrington has just been installed by Backyard Discovery. It is gorgeous and heavy duty. I was concerned about hurricanes as I live in Florida, but it seems very sturdy. There were 3 extra costs I didn't expect. It really should be stained before it is installed and is not included, anchoring it is an extra charge, and installation of the screen kit is extra. So be aware of all costs before you start. It is a huge job to install it so I am glad we didn't do it ourselves.

Very well built! Excited to use all year!
Would RecommendLove how this turned out! Built very well. Only difficult part putting it together was the roof which was expected. We have loved sitting underneath it in our backyard! My only complaint(suggestions?) would be to look into the design of the add-on mounted plug-in. Our first thing to plug in were programmable string lights and the plug doesn’t allow the cover to shut over the plug. We are now looking at alternative options to plug things in.

If I can do it …
If you go slow and take your time it’s not that bad to put together, even for your average homeowner. It took me and a friend 1 full day and 3 half days (after work). That doesn’t include sorting the wood and removing plastic. That took a couple hours as well with 2 people. It also comes with a lot of the bits you will need. We got away with a small ladder until it came time for the 16’ panels. Then we needed a 6’ in the middle and we used a bench to step up on for the people holding the base....

Beautiful and well built
Would RecommendWe love this gazebo! The construction is beautiful and provides a great little space for family conversations and relaxation. We have spent every spare moment under in our new patio area. No regrets here! I keep joking with my husband that we don’t need vacations anymore because the most relaxing vacation is in our own backyard!
