Well-Designed Kit

Shipping took a long time plus several phone calls to finally get my Gazebo kit, but eventually a delivery truck arrived. The two delivery guys were great. They were very professional and carefully placed the gazebo kit in my garage. What I received was 6 big cartons on a double-wide shipping pallet. I spent half a day unpacking the entire kit onto my garage floor and went through the lengthy inventory sheets line-by-line. Nothing was missing. great all around cover

purchased 12’X 16’ Norwood gazebo. can be installed in2-3 days. need helper to stand sides up. i put together roof sections without metal roof panels. added roof panels after. some tight spaces but not bad. cover bolts and pre drilled holes lined up 99% of the time. needed to reorder couple pieces due to splitting. very professional, got within 1 week. overall very satisfied. chose this cover due to attractiveness and that was rated for wind and load.

Very satisfied with final product

Really like the finished product. Written Directions don’t match the part numbers give on the app. The app instructions and pics are of low quality. The animation in the app is just ok at best. Finally, no where in the advertisement or marketing info does it state that the wood needs treated or warranty is voided!

We did a complete backyard makeover in our backyard and this was our focal point and we couldn't be happier with this product. It looks fantastic, very well built

Written instructions were better than the app. App numbers to parts and screws didn’t match. Final product is overall excellent. Make sure you have help. With today’s technology, the app illustrations and pics could be much better

Very impressive gazebo

We purchased the Norwood 16x12 in June for our property close to the lake here in Montana. We just got it built a week ago with the help of friends who were able to come up and stay. With the 3 of them it took 2 days. It is fabulous. It provides great shade throughout the day and is a great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning. Solid

I've had this out for about three years and it is still going strong without much fading. The instructions were straightforward and the use of the application is super helpful for an in-depth view of how to put it together it took about two days with the help of one other person so definitely able to accomplish. My only complaint is that the legs of the gazebo are not solid they are hollow almost like they are glued together.

Awesome gazebo!

I finally completed building this. It took a total of 14 hours. 10 hours with the help of family and friends on two different days. Last 4 hour was all me finishing up with the accessory platform, putting up track lights, securing it to the concrete patio, and mounting the electrical box. Great purchase

Bought the 12x10 Norwood gazebo the end of March (2025). We love it!!! Was looking for a budget friendly gazebo that was decent quality and looked nice. Was assembled in a weekend, all pieces were marked and the instructional video was easy to follow. We love it so much that we are looking at the greenhouses they offer.

Family summer project

We bought it for a summer family project turned out amazing 👏

Impressive

Received mine about five weeks ago. My daughter was very helpful in getting it assembled by watching video and reading and rereading the instructions. We did miss a couple of things but we got them corrected pretty easily.

Beautiful Gazebo!

We bought this a month ago. I took my time putting it up but we have been out under it every night since. The directions were very easy to follow and the holes all lined up perfectly. I was very impressed. I did have to alter the directions a bit, because I was building most of it alone, but the finished product is extremely sturdy and looks beautiful. I use to have plastic 20 x 10it blew away this product is beautiful and pretty easy to assemble too 16 hrs 2 guys my wife loves it

Great product and price

all in all a great product. Took my wife and I approximately three weekends to assemble, with the help of some friends for the heavy lifting. Directions are pretty good, got confused a few times but the good thing is that if you do put something together wrong you'll be able to tell it's incorrect because it will not line up with other components. All parts are identified well and they give you extra on every fastener. The kit also includes all the tools required even the wood clamps needed for...
