Great Product

Great Pergola. It did come with 6 holes not tapped for screws so I tapped them myself. It took 6 hours to install just stick to the directions.and you are gonna want to use a impact driver or something like a drill . For assembly.

Beautiful, easy to assemble, high quality

Couldn’t ask for a better product or company. The pergola arrived in a couple of days, communication was great, super easy to assemble with clear instructions and everything fit together as expected. And of course, it’s absolutely beautiful. Have had it a few months in intense Chicago weather and so far so good.

The neighbors are jealous

Purchased a month ago and put it up in one day. I had the help of two others which made the process much easier. The suggestion of separating the pieces into groups was definitely helpful. \The sun shade, which many people had complained about previously, was updated to have belts and clips instead of retaining clips. Connecting it was easy and it makes a big difference when sitting outside. Wish I could have bought one that was 18'.

Love the 16X12 Stratford

Well-built with clear instructions for the DIY kinda girl. Lots of parts and at least 3 helpers needed to put up the sides initially. Only complaint is the Shade Canopy needs to be Bigger.

New pergola

Love my new pergola. This is a quality product and the directions are easy enough to follow. It well built and not flimsy. I would recommend highly to anyone looking at one. The one draw back is the sun shade. It does not cover the entire top. It also has terrible tension tightening buckles. They need to come up with a better product for the shade.

Bought this after much back and forth about style and not knowing if I would really like it- LOVE IT!! Quality and style- wonderful! Would have bought a little bigger if it was offer in a larger size!

Beautiful deck addition!

We purchased this pergola to place on our deck for some filtered shade. Everything about this product went smoothly, including delivery and assembly. Definitely recommend having at least 4 people available during assembly - although much of the assembly can be done ahead of time with 1 or 2 people.

Absolutely perfect

Everything about the purchase of this pergola was excellent. It arrived exactly as we expected, very neatly labeled and packed well. Putting it together with the help of a couple of neighbors, took four hours or so. Not one screw or bolt or nut was missing. Highly recommend, this company and this product . We like the soft shade so much that we’ve ordered an extra to keep on hand

Great Pergola - Sunshade not so much

The pergola is beautiful and very sturdy. My bf and I set it up over the course of two days, and in total it took around 6 hours. My only complaint is the sunshade, the clips are not attached to the sunshade very well and it doesn't really fit my 10 x12 pergola. For such a nice structure I would expect a better quality sunshade.

Solid product! Once it is fully assembled, it is heavy. Really made our large patio usable as it gets sun all day. I went with steel so that I would not have to do staining every 2-3 years as it is exposed to wind and sun all day. Very satisfied with how the project turned out. Assembly was not difficult...just tedious as there are so many screws. I just used the printed manual. The app looked good but I was in the glaring sun and it would have been a challenge to use the phone app. Just a c...

After careful consideration, we purchased the Ashford Traditional Steel Pergola with sun shade. The delivery was on time. My son and I put up the pergola in a weekend. All parts were accounted for, with easy instructions. All hardware fit perfectly. Excellent product and company

Worth every penny !!

We bought this to replace an old canopy and to update the look of our patio. We could not be more happy with the purchase. The canopy arrived exactly in the timeframe we were quoted at time of purchase. It was drop shipped and the company even carried it into our garage (which they weren't supposed to).
