What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the gazebo for its stunning appearance, solid construction, and transformative impact on outdoor spaces. Most highlight the beautiful brown wood finish, sturdy materials, and well-drilled precision parts that feel built to last. Many note receiving compliments from guests and neighbors. Assembly is physically demanding, typically requiring three to four people to raise the roof safely, though the BILT app provides essential guidance. A few encountered minor issues like missing parts or bowed boards, but these remain rare exceptions. Overall, reviewers consider it an excellent investment.

Would RecommendOverall, very pleased with the build. I love the aesthetic of it, the dark stain, and all the little details. I would not have been able to achieve similar detail myself if I built from scratch. The instructions were pretty good overall, came with a paper manual and there is an app you can download. There was an additional document in the package to go with the manual to update a certain step in the build, DO NOT LOSE! It also states that it takes on average 8 hours to build the gazebo. I don't ...

Assembly Nightmare
Would Not RecommendGuess what 200lb box the directions are packed in? If you guessed box 3 of 5, you win a prize! I strongly recommend using the BILT app because the provided paper directions are complete garbage. In addition to the assembly directions being a dumpster fire, plan on a crew of 4 tall, strong men to complete this project. The directions laughably suggest 2 people (what a joke). There are 74 different size washers (often required in the same step), the stain on the wood is cheap and missing upon open...

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome
Would RecommendThank you for your 5-star review.
I would recommend it but if not if the owner is going to do the install. It is a beautiful gazebo but some of the wood was warped which made it extremely difficult on assembly especially on the roof install. The roof panel framing was week and needed to be more rigid.
Thank you for the review
Looks great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a month ago and so happy we did. We just have to get it bolted down into our cement slab. We plan on adding some lights and a couple of fans. We will see how it holds up for hurricane season.

Follow the instruction to lay out the parts
The product is solid. Buyer beware: it has over 1,000 pieces of hardware and 125 pieces of lumber. My wife and I are building it, but if you are not handy, pay for installation. If you are building it, use the video, it is super simple to follow, however there are a couple incorrect hardware numbers given. Keep the paper instructions handy. The roof building steps are flat out bad. We tried following them in order to meet the measurement criteria and failed. We had to modify those steps to be su...

RECOMMEND BUYING IT

Wife Loves the Gazebo!
Would RecommendVery nice and well designed gazebo. I really like the style of the gazebo and how the black hardware accents the wood. It does take a fair amount of time to build (it took me and a couple of helpers about 12 hours total) and there are some steps that will likely require more than two people (such as sliding the roof panels on top of the gazebo structure and bolting them in place). I also liked the availability of assembly instructions on the BILT app, which made it easier to see what specific pa...

Love our Gazebo
Would RecommendJust put it up 2 weekends ago. My husband and I did most of it ourselves. Our “kitchen” is under it and a small seating area. Absolutely love it!

Great looking, moderately good quality
Would RecommendWe really like the look of the Gazebo. I assembled this with the help of two other people over a weekend. Total time was ~11 hours. Assembly instructions included arent as good as the visual instuctions in the Bilt app. I didnt know ahead of time that sealing the wood was a requirement of the warranty. A drill/driver with appropriate bits is a must. Two of them would be even better. The instructions advise a ratchet, sockets, and deep sockets....I didnt need any sockets. The wood is ver...

Gazebo Review
Would RecommendWe are happy with our purchase, although there are a ton of nicks/scratches in the cedar. Most likely from shipping. It's very noticeable. As well as my only issue. Otherwise, its beautiful
