What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the gazebo for its stunning appearance, solid construction, and transformative impact on outdoor spaces. Most highlight the beautiful brown wood finish, sturdy materials, and well-drilled precision parts that feel built to last. Many note receiving compliments from guests and neighbors. Assembly is physically demanding, typically requiring three to four people to raise the roof safely, though the BILT app provides essential guidance. A few encountered minor issues like missing parts or bowed boards, but these remain rare exceptions. Overall, reviewers consider it an excellent investment.

Would RecommendI bought the Gazebo about a month ago from the manufacturer and paid to have it installed. The product is well constructed and the two assemblers completed the work in about 5 hours. In my opinion, well worth the cost to have it put together by people familiar with the process. The Gazebo was delivered on time and the installation was done 2 weeks later without any issues. I am enjoying the permanent Gazebo and it looks and feels like a quality product. I did not like the color of the finish and...

Hi Bob-
We are so happy you love your new Gazebo. What a perfect time of year to be outside under a beautiful gazebo.
Nice looking structure. We like the color .
Would RecommendWe bought this 2 months ago and are pleased with the finished appearance. My wife and I assembled the complete structure ourselves except for the roof sections as we needed help.

We appreciate the 5-star review.
Beautiful gazebo !
Would RecommendBeen eyeing up this Arlington Gazebo for a few years. Looked at many other designs, this one kept catching my eye, design and color. Everything as they described, all parts plus few extra nuts and bolts included....followed instructions, was not hard to build. I am a woman in my 50's, had my boyfriend help with holding and lifting structured parts...watched some videos, was dreading roof, seemed to be the hardest part in videos...I made sure roof sections were square, they both went on easi...

Lovely and sturdy gazebo
Would RecommendThis gazebo is incredibly nice! It does take a few people to set it up. I would recommend at least 3, but it’d be better with 4. It took 3-4 people about 8 hours to set up. But the instructions are very clear.

Gorgeous and worth the expense.
Would RecommendThis turned out beautifully. Very satisfied. Took nearly a month for delivery but it was all dropped on my front lawn and I didn’t have to make countless trips to Lowe’s for stuff I forgot.
We are thrilled we earned your 5-star review and thank you for letting us know you had the customer journey that we expect for you.
Really enjoying my new Gazebo
Would RecommendPros: Overall Satisfied with the look and quality. Recommend reading the instructions and follow them. I put together approx. 97% of it myself. Needed help putting on the roof frame and aligning it and holding one end up to attach sides. Took me approx. 2-3 weeks, with no rush. I read and re-read the instructions along with videos online if I wasn't positive about the step(s). Expect to be enjoying it for years to come. Cons: Because I did this myself the instruction wanted you to put on the...

Need Shade
Would RecommendI am 68 years old and this kit was a bit of a challenge. All the parts are were well labeled and the directions were rather easy to understand. A great kit. This is a 2 person job and 3 person when it is time to set the roof.
It sounds like you were well organized and we are thrilled you like the Arlington Gazebo! Thank you for the awesome review.
Happy with the product

Instructions in box 3 of 5.
Would RecommendThe instructions were not in Box 1 where they should have been. We called customer service and were told box 2. The instructions were actually in box 3 of 5. There scuff marks. There needs to be a place to get matching touch up stain.

Cheap wood, not worth the money
Would Not RecommendThis gazebo is made out of cheap soft wood. It split in several places upon assembly and the roof alignment was a nightmare. We had to made several modifications in order to make it work and added brackets for additional support in many places. For what this cost I expected better quality and workmanship. I'm very disappointed in this purchase.
