Ratings & Reviews for Backyard Discovery Arlington 12-ft x 10-ft Hardtop Roof Steel Gazebo

Wonderful in Wisconsin

quality

Very well designed. All fit together nicely, except for the roof assembly, which was a bit of a struggle.

Nice But…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking gazebo, I have had it for about 4-5 months and the wood is already splitting. Thought it would be better quality.

Looks great, but wish it was weight-bearing

We love the look of our gazebo, which we paired with a matching pavilion. I wish the two sets could connect, but they look nice adjacent to each other. I wish we could hang a fan or hammock, but it’s not rated to bear weight.

Better than advertised

I have been eyeing these for a few years. Every year I wait too long to make the decision and the model I want is sold out before I have a chance to order. Not this year! Let me start with the ordering process. FAST ship and delivery. 3 days from order to shipment. All of the materials were well packaged. Only a few pieces had minor scuffs. All of the wood and hardware were well marked. Every single one of the predrilled holes aligned. The hardware with this unit adds strength and style...

Impressed!

We just finished putting this up yesterday. Got to say it looks really good, feels very sturdy, and went together very well. Only difficult part was getting roof up and onto it as it was pretty heavy. We got a couple friends to help lift it. Nice that all the holes lined up and parts were well marked.

Arlington Gazebo

No all put together yet but it is going up well.

First Class Quality DIY Pergola

Shopped around for quite a while and read a lot of reviews of Backyard Discovery and their competitors. No contest: This brand was the best quality for the best price. While we did have to wait on a back-order, the Customer Support team was very easy and credible to deal with through the updating and delivery process. The concrete slab was the most challenging aspect of the install because we did it ourselves.

Great gazebo, terrible shipping

I ordered the gazebo from Lowe's. The expected delivery was 2 weeks out when I ordered it. A couple of days after placing the order, I received a notification it was another week out. As the date approached, I received a notice from the shipping company in the DFW area it would be delivered in a Thursday. That day came and went with no delivery and when I went back to the link from the shipping company it showed delivered. I called the shipping company and the representative told me it was...

Beautiful

We love our gazebo! It’s beautiful and substantial. A great value for the money. It was a pain to assemble, but well worth it.

Product lives up to expectations

This product is manufactured with precision, every hole that was drilled matched up, hardware was quality, and the wood was straight No warping. I built most of it by myself and only needed help putting the roof panel up. Directions were easy to follow as well.

Awesome Gazebo

I purchased this three months ago and absolutely love it. I could never sit on my patio because it was always too hot. Now I can’t seem to go inside. This gazebo is extremely well made and the price is very reasonable

Great chilling spot

Very nice product , straightforward assembly instructions, i liked they included extra hardware at almost every step. We love the end result, from a business that knows how to do business.
