Best Buy

The 12 x 12 Arlington was a great deal pricewise and looks real good. I am really happy with my purchase and it was fairly easy to put together.

Great Buy... looks beautiful...

After months of searching finally purchased Arlington 12x12 Gazebo. Installed it myself with little help from friends. But the final outcome was great. Even after a year it looks beautiful and I still get lot of appreciation.

Love it!

So glad we bought this gazebo-great quality at a fair price. We love spending time even more with family and friends now!

Absolutely love it

Purchased this last spring and needed to put in the new concrete pad before assembling the gazebo. It took me two days to assemble but I did it by myself (only needed minor assistance to put on the roof sections). We absolutely love it! I ended up running electric in the posts and put in a ceiling fan. I was a little worried about it handling Buffalo snow (we got a nasty storm that dropped 7+ feet of snow over two days). I did use a snow rake to remove about 2’ but it held up great!

Awesome investment

After going around local and big box stores looking for a gazebo that was affordable and pleasant to the eye I came around this one. Many big box stores had it but only one offered installation with purchase (for a fee), which took away the hazard of looking for an installer.

Love my Gazebo

Both me and my wife love this gazebo it add a great new look to our backyard. Ran into a few issues but Summer a customer service representative was great in helping and Mae was fantastic also they both went above and beyond to make things right. This is a great product but your product is only as good as your service you give to a customer you can't beat thier service.

Beautifully built

So we purchased this 12’x12’ Arlington Gazebo from the Home Depot. If I had it to do over again, I would purchase directly from Backyard Discovery (I believe they ship more quickly - The Home Depot took over 3 weeks to ship) Two of the pieces came in damaged, but Backyard Discovery shipped them back out to us in less than four days, no questions asked. My step-son and I put this together in two weekends. We had two others come and help us life the roof panels when it came to that step (four peop...

Gazebo

I purchased this and was delivered fairly fast.Once I began the process of building this beautiful Gazebo I was more and more impressed with the quality of the product.I am a tradesman for 40 plus years and have not ever used better materials and a better product than this .I am truly so impressed with this.Made in America as well.

Great carport

We loved it so much that we bought 2

Dream Come True

Had this delivered when spouse was going through cancer treatments. We needed shade so they could enjoy the outdoors. Our talented son constructed it with help from his son. It took 3 good days of work. It’s beautiful and we enjoy it daily. We did get stronger concrete bolts to stand up to harsh Wyoming wind and elements. Also, placed the drip line metal under the roofing to avoid ice and snow build up under that edge. (Voice of experience here.) We had an underground electrical line stubbed up...

Quality + Beauty

Just as described - quality product, deep rich stain, assembly was straight forward. Fantastic addition to our backyard

Awesome Gazebo

We bought the Arlington with the electric and it's a great Gazebo. But I do suggest that if you buy it just get a few friends to help put it up paying the company to build it is not worth the money. They took longer than the company says it takes to build it and they had to read the instructions anyway.

step by step of the instructions from video was a great deal of help

The tools to use from video made it very easy

Great Product

High quality for the price. Your customer service is untouchable. Hard to find these days

Backyard discovery Arlington Gazebo

This product is awesome. I bought 2of them and the grill gazebo. Instructions are excellent although you do need several folks to lift the heavy parts. Customer service is great.

12 x12 Arlington

Nice Gazebo, put together mostly myself except I had to get help of two of my brothers to put the roof on a three man job.

Awesome design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a month ago and looks beautiful but my only complaint is about the third company that they use to deliver. They had a delay , nobody called me when they have plans to do it. They just left in front of my gate when I was out the town. It’s was really annoying .
