Can’t live without this thing.

We have 4 personal dogs and constantly have a foster dog (or 3 lol). Bob is our number 1 helper!! We run him daily, it’s AMAZING how much hair he picks up! Even when our floors look clean, he can find the hair. We will never live without a Bob again! Best purchase ever!! My son made himself in charge of running him daily, it’s hysterical!

The Best Little Buddy!!

B0bsweep (Bob for short) is the best little buddy you never knew you needed! This little guy sucks up dirt, fur, food, pet hair, human hair, etc! You can program him to run certain days/times and he will automatically start, vacuum, and dock for charging on his own. My entire home is mostly carpet so I love having B0b run every day in the evening to keep dust and hair at bay! I only use my main vacume once every month or two. B0b has changed the cleaning game! Bobsweep PetHair Robotic Vacuum

HI. I like my Bobsweep PetHair Robotic Vacuum. We are always amazed that it finds so much dirt in our house! It works really well picking up the dog hair after our grand-dogs go home! The Bobsweep sometimes gets confused though & will try to go over the edge of our steps, but catches himself before he goes over the edge! Overall, this is a great product.

Better than Roomba

We have had our "Bob" for a while and love it. It does such a better job than the Roomba that we have. The dust bin is much larger and the battery life if longer. Our Bob had a small issue one time and the customer service we reviewed was amazing! I'll only own Bobs from now on!

Great Robot!!

I purchased my Bobsweep approximately 7 years ago. It has held up to 3 large dogs. The customer service is the best I’ve ever had. The entire 7 years I’ve had the same representative for any issue I’ve come across. I finally replaced my older model and was offered a huge discount on a new one as I was a prior customer. $115 later I have an upgraded brand new bobsweep! Extremely helpful tool

bObSweep PetHair is a great tool for helping to stay tidied up and extending time between regular cleanings. It is extremely versatile and easily maintained. In the few years that I've had my bOb I've had to contact customer service for one or two questions and I find them to be very quick and helpful with responses. I Love my Bobsweep it does a fantastic job. I have owned the "other" robotic vacuum and I must say Bobsweep is a much better product. The customer service team is top notch and they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! Would I buy this product again. A resounding "YES". Would I recommend it, again a resounding "YES".

Upgraded Bobsweep

I've owned a bob sweep for the last 4 years. During the 4 years I've had a few issues with the vacuum that I had where I needed to contact customer service for. Works GREAT and customer service is top notch. I had an issue the the main brush and via 1 email, the customer service agent was able to figure out what needed to be done. Within a couple days, I had the replacement part and it was as easy to install as the customer service agent said it would be. I bought this Bob pet robot vacuum at Lowes thinking if it will help keep some of the pet hair picked up during week I'd be happy. I was sure I'd still have to drag out my regular vacuum at least once or twice a week to really clean. I love coming home to a clean floor! bOb does a really nice job picking up dog hair. I have two dogs, one long haired and one short. When he is done, his compartment is full of hair. I run him everyday on a timer. I can't believe how well he gets around, he even cleans under my bed! I like how well he does the kitchen as well, tile and hardwood, he gets all the crumbs. Love Bob and Service

Just moved into house with dark floors and have blond dog. Bob has to work hard everyday and it does. Somehow the wire to charging station got broken and I contacted the company and they sent another saying it was still under warranty. Later they contacted me again to see if I was satisfied. Don't get that kind of attention much anymore.

Love BobSweep

This is our second BobSweep product. We moved the first on the second floor. The Pethair Bob has more functions and I have it programed to vaccumn often. Its great to come home to a freshly vacuumed house! Occasionaly Bob has issues getting stuck or can't find its charging station, but overall I highly recommend BobSweep!

Great Vacuum with excellent support

I bought myself and two daughters-in-law each a BobSweep for Christmas 2016. Love them! We've had issues with two (normal use issues), but each time I've contacted BobSweep Customer Support and received advice for home fixes, and when needed, was able to return for in-house repairs. "Bob" does a great job picking up the pet hair left by our fur-babies. I totally recommend BobSweep to anyone considering a robotic vacuum.

Bob is a dream guy

Bob gets himself up every morning without nagging....cleans all of my entire house floors, both hardwood and carpets...puts himself back to his work station and never once complains if I move furniture around!

Great vacuum

Great vacuum for a great price, and good size dust bin. Love the different settings and auto return to charger. If there is ever an issue with your BOB customer support is the best I’ve EVER dealt with and they WILL take care of you.
