Amazing how much it picks up

This is the second BobSweep Pet Hair Unit I've used and I'm so glad to have the new unit working away on my home. I got lots of use out of our first unit and had to replace it after years of use once it was out of warranty. The service department was very helpful and I'm glad we purchased another of these diligent little housekeepers. Bobsweep pet hair 2.0

I have only had Bobsweep pet hair 2.0 for a week so maybe I am not familiar with it yet, but it gets stuck constantly, it apparently does not like carpeting either. My house is one story and half carpet and half hard floor. It runs around on the hard floor but jams often. When it encounters carpeting, it just quits and says Trouble. I'll give it another few days, then it's going back.

the noise you don't mind under the bed!

Not great on pet hair

It hasn’t ever finished a cycle. It complains about getting hair in it’s main brush. It’s supposed to be made for pet hair.

Not for a home with GSD or Goldens

In my experience, BobSweep cannot deal with long dog hair: continually breaks down even with extensive cleaning (supplied brush, air pressure) I have removed the screws so many times to get into the machine to remove hair, that one screw hole is stripped and will not hold the screw. Luckily the other 7 screws still hold but for how long? I am aware of overtightening screws so am careful - now I have to decide if I want to purchase a 3rd left wheel (the problem is repeatedly with the left at $25...

Great Vacuum, picks up everything!

Ive had my Bobsweep for close to a year and have had a great experience with it. It picks up a lot of hair and dirt. I had it break during a thubderstorm sue to lightneing and the Bobsweep team was awesome when it came to helping me get it repaired.

Really did love our bob

Loved bob really did, he treated me well for a few days and then he started going on random looping patterns no matter how many ways we changed our layout and his settings , would just go over and over into a wall felt bad for him honestly. We checked the manual over and did a lot of research and couldn’t figure it out. I still have him I turn him on once in a while hoping it’ll be different. Even my kid says “BOB!!! Why you keep hitting the wall so silly bob”

Glitch Central

First of all, sure. This does actually suck wind like a vacuum cleaner should. No idea why there are so many reviews glowing over the fact that it functions, because that’s where the quality of this item stops. My bob experience

ive had bob for about 2 years now. I appreciated the upgrade to the more advance/update model for free. i was updated to the petsweep 30. Bob does a good job of picking up dog hair which for our family is the main reason we have him. we have two dogs and when bob doesnt sweep you could really see the hair on the floor. my only issues with bob was how tall he is compared to some other brands. he at times gets stuck under our couch or kitchen cabinets. and other issue which doesnt bother me but my...

Too large

This robot vac sits too high and will not go under anything. It did not do well moving from hard floor to low pile rugs or transitions between rooms.

Generally disappointing

Was given as a wedding anniversary gift. Used for about a month before it dove down some stairs (which the guide says it will not do) and came apart. Sent in according to warranty, and was provided a replacement. Replacement also dove down stairs on first use, but still works. Also tends to get stuck in certain areas despite using the included sticker-type things that are supposed to tell Bob to stay away from those problem areas. Not sure what to think about it

This Bob vacuum just came in took it out of the box and read the directions. Gave it a full charge and set all the parameters. There's only one thing that Bob CAN'T DO is climb over a little threshold. I have had two other types of vacuums in the same household and never had a problem with them going over this half inch rounded threshold. Confused On So Many Good Reviews

I purchased this vacuum after my Shark robot vac gave up on me after 2 years of every day use (some days multiple times). I purchased this one because I have a cat and dog indoors and it had a larger compartment for the debris. I also liked that it came with a remote to get it to go to certain spots when needed - the Shark didn’t have that. Bob got stuck under everything

I was very disappointed with this. I read all the of reviews and was so excited to get it. When I see it all up and ran it he got stuck under everything. It was very frustrating. I’d he had been thinner it would have been perfect.

Great Product

It does have a few limitations but for the price it is an excellent value and does a remarkable job cleaning carpet and floors.

Bobsweep

This robotic vacuum does the job, especially on pet hair as we have 3 dogs & 2 cats. "Bob" is the best thing for the price. We will be buying this for an upcoming Xmas gift for mom.

Easty to use and good item.

I have only used a couple of times and works fine. It does have trouble getting on my very plush area rug and cannot get on it. The other thing I noticed it doesn't pick up all the pet hair off my wood laminate floors. Not sure if I can adjust it yet. It is still good to keep the floors a lot less hairy lol.

breaks every few months

DO not waste your money on this product. They are poorly made, and break every few months. My first one was replaced by customer service, then i had another problem with the left wheel and then the right wheel. They sell repair polcies on thier website bc it breaks down so often. You get what you pay for, so go for the Roomba and not this lemon!
