I recovered a four wheeler seat and bought this to help take the old staples out. I will admit that it probably would have worked better if the old staples weren't rusted up as bad as they were. but I ended up using a pick set and small flathead screwdrivers. If the staples had been bigger than 3/8 or had they been small nails this would have been the tool.
The tip is too thick to get under staples. It’s like working with a flathead screwdriver.
