review code 1117: good value with one minor flaw

the gliue gun is built well for its price and also has a heat selection feature that usually does not come with other glue guns with similar prices. One flaw I see it having though is the fact that the heat switch is way too close to the hand when you're holding it. Like the other reviewers have said, this makes it very prone to unintentionally switching the heat switch to the lower setting, exasperated by the fact that the switch seems to be quite loose. Hopefully, this can be fixed by making t...

Solid glue gun for home projects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up to re-rope my cat's scratching post, and it worked really well. I used it for close to an hour straight, and it held up great. My hand didn't feel like it was going to fall off afterward, which I can't say for every glue gun I've tried. The built-in drip tray is probably my favorite feature. Such a small thing, but it made the whole process so much cleaner. If you're into crafting or DIY projects around the house, I'd say it's ...

Gt80

Good Glue Gun

Decent glue gun for its price. The on/off switch is in an awkward position on the gun and I find the stand to be a bit wobbly. But it gets the job done, which is what matters most. (1177)

Great option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought harder reading that a hot glue gun was the best tool to attach Christmas lights to brick. This worked perfectly, quick and easy. Worked great for the price and it was very inexpensive.

Perfect for adhering magnets for alarm contacts CODE 1117

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We install magnetic contacts for residential security alarm systems and sometimes we need to remove the magnets from their case when the case is too large for the opening, usually when installing between the sashes of double-hung windows. When the actual magnet is removed from the case the only way to mount is to use glue. In the past we used double-faced tape with silicone glue as well and simply using the hot glue allows for much faster insta...

Use for quick projects

Good for general household fixes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used my glue gun on a few items so far. The bond is strong and un-noticable. My wife is going to love it for crafts and fixing broken items she would normally throw out. Affordable and well worth the money!
