Customers overwhelmingly praise the cross tees for effortless installation, with most noting they snap securely into place and align perfectly with standard drop ceiling systems. Reviewers consistently describe the product as sturdy, lightweight yet rigid, and well-finished with durable paint. Despite these isolated cases, most customers consider the product a dependable choice for drop ceiling projects.

Would RecommendVery new DIYers. We cut 6 inches of drywall and framing out for sump pump install. Did not realize it would mess up our entire drip ceiling integrity. Very glad these were in stock and easy to install. There is a learning curve to the stick install and you have to be gentle, but sturdy!

Lots came damaged
Would RecommendThese do the job. I had them delivered though and alot of them were scratched or dinged up. Had to return about half and re-purchase as apparently Lowe’s doesn’t exchange. If you are on an installation deadline I’d recommend buying early so you have time to inspect them properly beforehand.

I bought a lot of items on 03/31/26 and applied for your credit card. The process was very complicated but Natasha and Clay were patient and competent at store #1518 in Louisville, KY to get it through. I appreciate their service

Easy to change a 4x2 grid to 2x2
Would RecommendI had a 4'x2' ceiling grid that I wanted to change to use 2'x2' tiles. These cross tees snapped easily into the grid to convert it.
