Tiles Smell

Used these for my basement and they’re a great product, however they have such an incredibly strong smell after install. Halfway through my ceiling and a couple days after starting there’s a real strong chemically smell that almost smells like burning plastic. Unfortunately I can’t air out my basement very well so here’s to hoping it doesn’t take too long to dissipate

Curbside pickup does not always work as expected.

Ceiling tiles for a drop ceiling were fine - but it's annoying the way the surface pattern changes - it makes it hard to match without replacing all the tiles in the room. I got an email that my order was ready to be picked up, and I went to the pick up area and sent the proper text, but no one came. Adequate Replacement Drop Ceiling Tiles

Great replacement drop ceiling tiles. Only drawback is how brittle they are in the corners so some of them look less than new but still a great improvement over the old tiles. Also they are slightly thicker than the old tiles so they shouldn’t sag.

Concord Mills Lowes is great. Others not so good.
