Flimsy
Would Not RecommendDelivery personnel were pleasant, professional and put my items right where I wanted them. This product is very flimsy and I must have ruined at least 10 tiles just handling them or trying to place them in the tracking.

They cut smooth without any jagged edges.
I liked that Lowes had them stacked nicely and they were NOT all beat up

Broken on Delivery
The entire box had broken corners. I realize the product is delicate, so I blame the store personnel for not taking better care of the product.

Use with extreme care
You have to handle the product with extreme care. Gets damaged very easy. Had it delivered and found 3 pieces damaged on the ends that was not visible on delivery. I used them for pieces where I was able to cut the bad part out. With that being said it looks very nice installed.
