What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles are a budget-friendly option, but quality control and durability appear inconsistent. Some customers found the tiles easy to work with and a good value, while others received damaged or defective tiles with issues like broken corners, water stains, and manufacturing defects. The tiles may also be fragile and prone to chipping, and generate dust when cut. Customers should be prepared for potential problems and take precautions during installation.

Armstrong ceiling Tile
Prices have gone up substantially and I couldn't find my exact design and compromised. The style number is printed on the box but not on the back of the tile making it difficult to purchase a duplicate tile.

Intolerable Odor!
Would Not RecommendI installed six cartons of the 2'X4' tile in a walk out basement room. The odor from off-gassing was very strong and unpleasant. We aired out the room for several hours but a week later, the odor still lingers. I would not want to spend very long in the room.

Messy but Gets the Job Done
Would RecommendThese fit the bill for what I needed in my basement, to replace previous drop ceiling tiles. I will say, these were extremely messy and easily chipped/shredded if not installed with extreme care. Aside from that, seems like a fairly high quality product.
