What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise these ceiling tiles for straightforward installation, clean cutting, and modern black appearance that upgrades basements and media rooms. Most find them lightweight, easy to handle, and excellent value. However, many report the surface scratches and chips easily, with corners vulnerable to damage during handling. Several received tiles with damaged edges or flaking finish requiring touch-up painting. Despite durability concerns and occasional packaging issues, most customers consider them effective for acoustic performance and aesthetic improvement, making them worthwhile for careful installation.

Lowe's Delivery
Would RecommendI ordered 14 cases of these, and they only delivered 14 tiles. I have called Lowe's 4 times now and still do not have my tiles. This is unacceptable!! Call the store and there are NEVER any managers available. Always in meetings.

Simple ceiling tile replacement
I needed to install ceiling tiles where I removed old fluorescent suspended ceiling fixtures. These served my purpose perfectly.
