Ratings & Reviews for Armstrong Ceilings 1-ft x 1-ft Washable White White Mineral fiber Ceiling Tile ( 40 -Pack, 40-sq ft / Case )

Check the tiles make sure they're not broken even

Every tile in the Box was broken couldn't tell because it was in two boxes when I picked it up in the store even though the other box look crushed the ladies like oh don't worry it's not I should have looked had to put them all up for the customer was not a happy experience kiss kiss

No quality control

I have been using this product for decades. This last delivery is the worst I've ever seen! I can no longer recommend this product. The tiles have always been fragile, which is expected. The 231 model tiles are supposed to have a smooth finish, but not on this last order. The finish coating was also very thin compared to previous years. Avoid the headache, buy something else for your ceiling. I will from now on. I have attached an image of what they used to look like, and how they look this ti...

James was a big help

good product

I requested a receipt be emailed to me. I never received it. Now there looks to be no way of printing it from this site.

Great Product

This tile design matches exactly our existing tiles.

Look at other options

Ordered a full extra box even after accounting for 15% scrap and lucky I did because many tiles were damaged or had unsightly imperfections on the surface straight out of the box. The finished surface and edges are so delicate that even just light handling out of the box poses a huge risk for crushing edges of flaking off pieces of the finished surface. I do not believe these will last the test of time, and fear I'll be back out to the customers home in the future for a redo out of my own po...

Solid Product

The product came as advertised. It worked for the project, although it is very brittle tile so be cautious and make sure you have some excess.

worthless

Don't buy this product.

This stuff is so cheap made. The joints break and the face side is half painted.

Useless

The material is like formed lint. It crumbles with the lightest touch. I had a case I had sitting around in my basement for 10 years that was so much better than the stuff I purchased this week. The tabs are too short and too soft to staple. The material is so soft that most of the tongue and grooves were cracked or obliterated in the box which was not at all damaged. The product is just unusable junk.

Armstrong needs better quality or packaging

Purchased 5 boxes with 40 per box, total 200 tiles, 2 3/4 boxes had damaged tiles that our contractor could not install. 120 were either broken, stained or had holes in them.
