Would RecommendIf ALL product unpacked as undamaged, would have no complaint. First 5 boxes received / packed a box in a box. VERY little damaged pieces. Second 5 boxes received only packaged in a single box. Allowing for shipping damage. Nicked corners, compressed joints from handling. Understand heavy item, but either consideration handling or mandate a box in a box to avoid damage. Roughly 10% of product required "special attention" to salvage it.

Expensive, low quality ceiling
Would Not RecommendThis product is apparently made of recycled, compressed dryer lint. Has to be handled very delicately or pieces will break off. For the cost I expected some rigidity. It looks okay once installed, but definitely not worth the price.
