What Customers Are Saying
The product offers an attractive, cottage-like appearance and relatively easy installation, but quality control issues with damaged or defective planks upon delivery have led to a mixed customer experience. While many were satisfied with the final results, others encountered a significant number of unusable boards due to scratches, imperfections, or fragility of the material, leading to installation difficulties and concerns about the value proposition.

Hope for the best. When as advertised, looks good
Would RecommendIf ALL product unpacked as undamaged, would have no complaint. First 5 boxes received / packed a box in a box. VERY little damaged pieces. Second 5 boxes received only packaged in a single box. Allowing for shipping damage. Nicked corners, compressed joints from handling. Understand heavy item, but either consideration handling or mandate a box in a box to avoid damage. Roughly 10% of product required "special attention" to salvage it.

Looks great, its a job getting it put up tongue and groove fit is very tight and its flexible enough that it bends must have two people for installation. Finsh product looks like a million dollars.

Expensive, low quality ceiling
Would Not RecommendThis product is apparently made of recycled, compressed dryer lint. Has to be handled very delicately or pieces will break off. For the cost I expected some rigidity. It looks okay once installed, but definitely not worth the price.
